Liability Waiver

There are inherent risks associated with participating in a walking tour, including walking in public areas and visiting local cafes. While every effort will be made to ensure your safety, some risks cannot be anticipated or avoided. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and release Sydney Wonders (the “Operator”), its staff, agents, and contractors from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or other claims arising from:

• Property loss or damage
• Acts that may be considered negligent or accidental
• Any emotional distress, medical issues, or other personal impacts

By participating in the activity, you confirm the following:

• You accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any minors in your care.
• You will not pursue litigation against Sydney Wonders in relation to the risks mentioned.
• You are in good physical condition and have no medical issues aggravated by      walking tours.
• You consent to receive medical treatment if needed and release Sydney Wonders from any resulting liability.
• You grant Sydney Wonders the right to use any photographs, audio, or video taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
• You agree to follow your guide’s instructions at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Public Tours

• Cancellations or changes are free up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
• Requests must be submitted via email to admin@sydneywonders.com.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour.
• No refunds or rescheduling is available once the tour has started.

Private Tours (or groups of 10+)

• A 10% deposit may be required to secure the booking.
• Full payment is due 7 days prior to the tour.
• Cancellations made:
  • 7+ days in advance = full refund
  • 3–6 days in advance = 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days = no refund
• Date or group size changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance and approved by email.

Weather & Force Majeure

Tours operate rain or shine. We recommend bringing weather-appropriate clothing or an umbrella. In rare cases of extreme weather or events outside our control (e.g. strikes, emergencies), Sydney Wondersmay cancel or reschedule tours.

Late Arrivals / No Shows

Tours depart promptly. Late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Pricing & Billing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  

Corporate & Custom Group Tours

Corporate and large group tours (6–30 people) are available. Larger groups may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

Website Use & Privacy

Use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Sydney Wonders reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
